At Atelier Beside the Sea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unused condition with all gallery packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email or visit our Brighton gallery to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your item.

  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the item in its original protective wrapping and box to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our studio.

  Ship to Atelier

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our gallery address, ensuring you use a tracked shipping service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
